Academic Navigator (Lecturer): Video and Photography (Part Time) at IIE MSA and IIE Varsity College

Key Performance Areas:

• Prepare for lectures based on provided content. Supplement content with own expertise. Deliver assigned modules to the stated outcomes and contracted hours. Mark student assessments and provide constructive feedback. Support student academic success by implementing workshops where needed.  Perform academic admin, such as capturing assessment marks and reporting on student success. Provide content feedback. Engage with professional development opportunities and attend initial training sessions.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

​Ideal:

• Honours qualification (HEQS 8) with Photography as a 3-year stream/ major in undergraduate qualification.
• Experience in different genres of photography and introduction to video for DSLR, understanding natural light, studio, video lighting and speed light photography.  Experience with using a LMS to teach in a blended learning context. Sound recording for video. Understand social media application for self-promotion.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• The candidate needs to have a strong portfolio and at least 3 years working experience as a photographer and a social media content creator for video.
• Strong portfolio on different genres of photography as well as video productions (Needs to show active portfolio)
