    Accessories Sales Administrator

    Your Role

    • You will be required to call on existing Electrolux and/or Kwikot clients as well as canvas new clients.
    • Follow up on calling cycle of all accessory & spare representatives
    • Follow up on cycle planning and progress of each representative
    • Obtain market information regarding market prices of competitors where possible and pass it on to your manager.
    • Follow up on stands and check on inventory of the stands with our customers via phone
    • Assist your manager with updating of products and price lists to ensure we are in line with company pricing policy.
    • Increase Company footprint by providing extra customer service and assistance
    • Adhere to all company procedures and processes
    • Meet all deadline assigned to you by your manager
    • Adhere to internal sales deadlines
    • Planning and be pro-active in your day-to-day tasks and requirements
    • Assisting with spot stock checks and assist with stock take procedures
    • Promote & develop customer centricity and understanding our product
    • You will be expected from time to time to undergo training
    • Assist with capturing of orders for the accessory representatives and manual orders
    • Checking of manual (KW) books to ensure procedures are followed and that capturing are done daily.
    • Give feedback to accessory representative where they are required to assist a customer or make an appointment for accessory representatives to go
    • Any other duties/tasks & schedules handed to by the company & your manager

    A Typical Day

    • Calling Customer doing daily surveys
    • Following up with customers telephonically.
    • Telephonic assistance to customer regarding product questions
    • Maintain and improve product information to clients (Training)
    • Communicate/email with accessory representatives and capturing of orders where required- full process
    • Check manual orders for correctness and ensure completed correctly
    • Check and sign off manual books every week and present to management for control purposes
    • Reporting on trends and market prices of competitors
    • Keeping record of calls and information supplied
    • Spot Stock taking, as and when required by manager
    • Recording of issues with products and follow ups
    • Deal with customer problems and complaints
    • Planning of your day/week
    • Ensure all document required from Accessory representative are completed and handed in every Friday when they at the office

    Who You Are?

    • Matric
    • 5-10 Years’ experience of Internal sales experience (Accessories & Spares)
    • Code 8 Drivers License
    • Computer literacy (Excel (have a very good understanding of Excel, all Microsoft packages)
