    Account Manager - Ecommerce

    What we are looking for

    The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Agency experience, and must thrive in a high pressure environment. They have a knack for communication and can build great relationships with anyone and everyone. They must be able to gain trust from a client and build solid working partnerships with clients, colleagues and partners alike.

    They must be ready to get their hands dirty and work to achieve deadlines on a daily basis. A strong, determined team player will fit in well with our team and our company culture. The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail and experience with digital marketing is a must.

    Your role in eComplete

    • Create and build relationships with each brand within your portfolio as point of contact 

    • Take on client/brand requests and deliver a soundproof brief to team members to execute

    • Create and manage daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with each brand 

    • Ultimately responsible for ensuring client targets, deadlines and deliverables are met

    • Ultimately responsible for ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget

    • Coordinates planning and execution across all departments 

    • Liaise with the client across multiple channels regularly, ensuring frequent and reliable communication streams are kept open

    • Drive marketing strategies based on clients requirements and teams resources by month or adhoc

    • Resolve any and all roadblocks with a proactive approach 

    • Guide client through any requirement for optimisation both for marketing and eCommerce platform 

    • Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to support on queries and issues

    • Work with all departments of eComplete to ensure a holistic, smooth and aligned approach to all accounts

    • Innovate within your department, working with your Head of Department to find ways to better our service, keep our clients satisfied and to make our processes more streamlined and efficient

    • Keep up to date with market trends

    Candidate Requirements:

    1. Must have 2-3 years in digital marketing experience 

    2. Great professional communicator

    3. High School Qualification 

    4. Experience in working with Clients / Customers a must 

    5. Presentation Skills - Communication and Presentation 

    6. Be able to work under pressure 

    7. Highly Organised 

    8. Tech Savvy 

    Preferred, but not required:

    1. Marketing Qualification 

    2. eCommerce Experience within an agency

    3. Project Management Experience 

    Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 depending on skill and experience
