    Lead: Marketing Portfolio Pipeline

    Purpose Statement

    • To partner strategically with Product Heads to assess business needs and offer tailored marketing solutions.
    • To advise and direct the creation of marketing programs that align with the business's strategic direction.
    • To oversee the marketing value chain, from consulting with business to planning, development, execution, and reporting.
    • Ensure thorough reporting and measurement of marketing initiatives to track success and drive continuous improvement

    Experience
    Minimum:

    • 5+ years product marketing experience in a large, complex and client focussed organisation 

    Ideal:

    • Experience gained preferably in an FMCG, retail banking or services industry.
    • Cross functional project coordination / management
    • Lead and manage marketing programs that align with and support business and marketing objectives.
    • Multi-Channel Marketing, utilising a range of marketing capabilities, including direct marketing, digital performance marketing, social media marketing, above-the-line advertising, digital and traditional media, and content marketing.

    Credit Manager_Pipeline

    Purpose Statement

    • To minimise the risk of loss through bad debts, and maximise profits for the business through effective execution of credit application, evaluation and approval processes, and ensuring the quality of credit risks across the portfolio is maintained.

    Credit Intelligence Analyst _Pipeline

    Purpose Statement
    To optimise credit intelligence performance, and minimise credit risk through: 

    • Independently conducting complex quantitative data analysis and delivering analytical output that will enable insights and inform business decision making.

    Experience

    Payroll Officer (Pipeline)

    What We’re Looking For

    • To ensure the timeous and accurate processing of salaries, increase calculations and other remuneration benefits (tax directives, incentive schemes, benefit schemes, team awards, etc.) of Capitec Bank employees. To provide specialist and subject matter expertise on payroll related matters and employee tax submissions (including running of IRP5s and applying for tax directives at SARS).

    Experience
    Min:

    • 2 - 3 years’ experience in payroll processing and administration in an enterprise business / banking / financial environment

    Lead: Forensic Investigator_Pipeline

    Purpose Statement

    • To independently investigate instances of risk related to various types of complex fraud incidents across Capitec Bank (e.g. internal corruption, serious breach of policies and procedures, and criminal syndicates) including investigating the matter, the parties involved and provide appropriate evidence for disciplinary hearings and/or criminal proceedings.
