    Account Manager

    We’re looking for ACCOUNT MANAGERS to be the steady hand and trusted partner guiding our client relationships — someone who combines empathy with excellence, and strategy with heart.

    • You’ll be the link between creative ambition and client vision: managing projects with care, clarity, and confidence. From briefing to delivery, you’ll ensure every interaction feels considered, every deadline met, and every idea aligned with purpose.
    • We’re after a collaborator who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and lead with warmth — someone who thrives on turning good partnerships into great ones.

    You should be able to:

    • Manage the running of an account from strategy and brief through to final outcome, following the agency processes meticulously
    • Proactively build strong, collaborative relationships with all involved, from your client to your creative, media, digital, production, planning, administration and finance colleagues
    • Confidently present and advocate for the work produced by your team, as well as effectively communicate your client’s strategic needs and feedback
    • Ensure that the work is produced within deadline and budget parameters
    • Write strong, clear, concise briefs
    • Meticulously administer your project management tasks within the process
    • Identify potential project issues and problem solve accordingly
    • Stay up to date on industry and market trends relating to both your brands and the agency
    • Manage a budget 

    This candidate must:

    • Show a solid understanding of 360 marketing with a minimum of five years relevant experience
    • Have a relevant marketing-related degree or diploma
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and people management skills
    • Be collaborative, innovative, and flexible across multiple projects
    • Be organised, self-motivated and able to make decisions on their own
    • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, and an excellent command of English
    • Have strong organisational and project management skills
    • Display excellent attention to detail
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have a knowledge of advertising agency systems such as Chase and Asana
    • Have a track record that suggests leadership qualities and a sense of service
