As an Account Manager II, you will build and grow customer relationships that support revenue protection and growth. You will identify customer needs, demonstrate the value of LN products, and work with team members to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities
Coaching and up-skilling team members to achieve common goals
Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrating the business value of LN products
Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth
Requirements
Domain and Market knowledge and experience of adopting new products
SAAS experience
Be able to positively influence the team and wider business
Be a consistent performer, demonstrated through meeting or exceeding expectations
Have communication, time management and planning skills
Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a customer services and sales support background
Have experience working within a B2B sales environment and retaining and growing customers
