    Account Manager – JHB

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • Our client, a fast-growing multinational and JSE-listed business within the Financial Services environment, is seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven Account Manager to join their Johannesburg team.
    • This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing key client relationships, driving account growth, and operating within a high-performance, client-focused environment.
    • The role focuses on maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities within accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the client lifecycle.

    DUTIES:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
    • Manage ongoing client engagement and account performance.

    • Ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements.
    • Conduct regular account reviews and performance discussions.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
    • Represent the business professionally in all client interactions.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous experience in account management, client relationship management, business development, or customer success is preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Commercially minded with strong relationship-building ability.
    • Highly organised, proactive, and energetic personality.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
    • Strong academic achievements are advantageous.
    • Experience within financial services, recruitment, consulting, SaaS, or professional services is beneficial.
    • Johannesburg-based.
    • Willing to work primarily office based.
