    Account Manager - Spanish Speaking

     

    Account Manager

    Inside sales territory-based Account Manager assigned to large, complex, high-visibility and tactically important accounts. Selected candidate will consult with clients via phone and email and work high-complexity sales cycles in order to provide solutions for a diverse set of needs. Position works principally as an independent rep but can team with Field Sales, Partner.Sales and others. Responsibilities include starting new accounts, extending solutions within accounts, booking renewals and managing all related pipelines.

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate excellent selling, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
    • Assist clients with SSL and related needs via phone and email
    • Maintain an accurate forecast using CRM tools daily to track and manage business
    • Build relationships and educate customers within large enterprise market segment
    • Successfully manage business-to-business inside sales problems of complex scope within product set
    • Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining
      solutions.
    • Achieve performance goals measured by bookings attainment of an annual quota
    • Creative, thoughtful and targeted prospecting in order to generate new logo business
    • Territory management utilizing advanced questioning and consultative sales techniques including handling of all
      stages of the sales cycle
    • Comprehensive skills in working in a team model including field sales, SE's, other sales specialists and partners.
    • Selling to a variety of buying influencers, generally mid-to-upper level managers, including C-Level buyers.
    • Substantial knowledge of the data integrity industry, Digicert solutions, competitive solutions and market buying
      behavior.
    • Prepare accurate reports on activity and forecast, including long-term. Prepare advanced account and territory plans.
    • Strategic analysis of pipeline using trending industry and historical forecast and bookings data
    • Key contributor to best practice development, mentoring and projects designed to improve sales team performance.

    Requirement & Qualifications

    • College degree preferred or 4+ years in a sales position, preferably for a technology company managing a large
      number of Enterprise customers and a multi-million dollar quota
    • Dedicated, ethical and determined person with an insatiable desire to learn.
    • Ability to analyze, assess and address customers' needs.
    • Goal oriented, self-motivated with positive energy and drive representing Digicert in a professional and courteous
      manner at all times.
    • Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently in a demanding, fast paced, ever changing team
      environment.
    • Demonstrate ability to manage company resources, manage client expectations and understand our clients'
      businesses.
    • Effective organizational skills and an advanced knowledge of sales automation tools.
    • Strong phone, written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills.
    • A strong working knowledge of personal computers, applications, etc. such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, and
      PowerPoint software programs.
    • Craft high-quality sales letters and proposals demonstrating strong written communication skills
    • Fluent in Spanish and English
