Account Manager at Talented Recruitment Specialists

• A high-end luxury kitchen design company is seeking a professional and confident Account Manager to join their growing team.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, relationship management, administration, and working within the luxury residential construction and design space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client accounts and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Liaising with architects, builders, designers, suppliers, and clients
• Assisting with quotations, invoicing, purchase orders, and general administration
• Coordinating project communication and ensuring smooth workflow between all parties
• Following up with architects and builders to maintain relationships and generate ongoing business opportunities
• Sending company profiles, brochures, and product information to potential clients and industry professionals
• Attending client meetings and site visits alongside the Director
• Assisting with business development and networking opportunities
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and communication throughout each project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Sales Support, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, confident, and professional
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele and industry professionals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle advantageous
• Previous experience within interiors, construction, design, architecture, or luxury products beneficial but not essential
