Account Relationship Manager at British Council

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic account plans to meet business targets.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
• Deliver official IELTS teacher training courses and pedagogical support across SSA.
• Represent the British Council at educational conferences and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management and customer service (B2B/B2C).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in exams or education sector.
• University degree or relevant qualification.
• Excellent command of English (First Language level).

Additional Information:

• Weekend work may be required as part of test day operations.
• Travel across the SSA region may be necessary.
