Accounting Specialist - Cape Town at CSG International

What you'll do

• You will report to the Accounting Supervisor to contribute towards accurate processing of accounts payable invoices for one or more entities
• You will process staff expenses for one or more entities
• You will assist with accounts payable related month end accruals
• You will prepare weekly payment runs within Oracle and online banking system
• You will reconcile creditor accounts to supplier statements
• You will reconcile balance sheet accounts to supporting schedules
• You will process purchase order requests

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior AP experience essential
• Prior work knowledge of Oracle essential (relevant experience within the last 2 years)
• Multi-currency experience advantageous
• Experience MS Excel
• Online banking experience
