Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities related to this function are as follows:

• Accurate and timeous Monthly Financial Reporting 
• Control of the General Ledger 
• Reconciliation of creditor balances 
• Reconciliation of inventory balances 
• Profitability margin reviews and PPV investigations 
• Monitoring of Internal Controls in terms of SOX 
• Review of creditor reconciliations and payment advices 
• Control of accruals for operating expenses and freight 

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Educational requirement: CA(SA) or equivalent qualification 
• 1-2 years relevant experience is essential. Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous. 
• Results driven, assertive and have the ability to take responsibility and accountability. 
• Good people management, problem solving and planning skills. 
• Proficiency in English language, spoken and written
