Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Salt South Africa

Requirements:

• BCom degree – NQF7 (essential)
• 10 years of experience in an Accounts Department or Shared Service Centre, with at least 2 years leading an Accounts Receivable team
• Knowledge of Media or Digital sectors (an advantage).
• Prior experience in a Shared Service Centre environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Curious, robust, and self-motivated with a desire to drive process improvements.
• Experience with standard ERPs, specifically NetSuite (desirable).

Responsibilities:

• Manage effective transaction processing in line with policies and processes.
• Resolve customer queries and lead collections activity.
• Approve customer payment allocation batches and client job closures.
• Ensure detailed tax compliance knowledge related to Accounts Receivable processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities for refined processes and controls.
• Provide operational cover for PTP Supervisor and complete month-end tasks.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the Accounts Receivable team to exceed SLA targets.
