DUTIES
Oversee and review the monitoring of assets in accordance with asset management policies and procedures. Monitor and review the capturing of moveable assets. Allocation of inventory and bar code to assets.
Capturing of asset information in the relevant registers. Asset verification according to prescribed time frames. Assist with the development of asset management policies and guidelines.
Supervise staff to ensure sound moveable asset management. Monitor expenditure patterns of all units. Liaise with suppliers of goods. Compile and reconcile relevant reports.
