Administrator - Johannesburg at Bell Equipment

DUTIES:

• Daily planning, scheduling and management of component shipping to ensure maximum availability and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with the ReMan Co-Ordinators for Timeous Shipping of Components.
• Opening of Manual job cards & in Mapics
• Create and submit the requisition related to jobs opened to get order numbers approved to our vendors
• Releasing all job related parts in SAP
• Create the purchase order in Mapics for items to be booked into stock and for finance to process for payment
• Allocating all parts to related jobs
• Notify the GLC to pick and pack parts for ReMan
• Responsible for all Due Dates of parts on back order, and follow up on due dates for parts to be released
• Adding and changing bin locations in Mapics for warehouse
• Assist with Cycle Counts and Resolving investigations on cycle counts
• Resolving all invoice related queries from finance
• Resolve all job related queries on Reman WIP
• Doing part quotes to vendor.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Abet level 4
• Applicants must have a minimum of three years relevant experience
• Good working knowledge of SAP & MAPICS Essential
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Practical experience in using e-mail
• Good written and verbal Customer communication is required.
• Willing to work overtime if needed
