Job Description
You will ensure the entrenchment and maintenance of the document management system for the SHE department. Below are some key functions you will be responsible for.

• Coordinate prepare and implementation new documentation
• Receive, review and implement amendments of documentation
• Withdraw and ensure that all archived/ obsolete controlled documentation is archived/destroyed
• Communicate latest changes in controlled documentation, procedures, standards and code of practice
• Maintenance of SHE databases and assist with the development and maintenance of SHE systems
• Preparation of HOD and other presentations as well as maintenance of weekly, montlhy and annual SHE reports.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• ISO9001 understanding certificate

Knowledge & Skills required:

• 2 years administrative experience in a SHE department in the mining sector
• Computer Literate with high proficiency in Adobe, Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint
• Knowledge and understanding Integrated SHE systems such as ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO45000 will be advantageous
