About the Role:
As the custodian of our onboarding process, you really need to be able to jump right in and be the remover of bottlenecks, the caretaker of loose strings, the unicorn of essential administrative duties. Our new customer sign ups are increasing by the day, and we want someone to be there as the middle person between a new client and our coaches, CSMs and planners. You would need to obtain a new client’s details, prepare information for their profiles, capture payments, and ensure that this new client is perfectly groomed to move onto the next stage. You will partner with our coaches, CSMs and planners to ensure that they are able to offer the best possible experience for our clients, all because of your excellent initial work.
That’s why we need someone who is organised, can juggle multiple tasks, and can manage their own time and workload effectively, all while being in a remote environment. Communication skills are also high on our agenda, as you will be in contact with our clients and your fellow team members throughout your working day. A vibrant energy, someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, who can think on their feet and thrive in a startup setting - that’s what we need.
Proven experience in a fast moving environment managing multiple projects at once
Proficiency with Zoho CRM system, Google Sheets (Gsuite) and Slack
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our Selection Process

Our first chat would be a role fit conversation with Kate, our founder, to get to know you better. This would will be via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or whatever tool you have access to.
The interview process (no more than 3 rounds) is designed to give you as much information and exposure to people in our team. We might also ask you to participate in a challenge or case study which you will present back to us.
We will also inform you of our hiring decision as quick as possible.
