    The Role

    As a Projects Associate, you will:

    • Have the opportunity to work on high profile projects and cross-border transactions on a global scale.
    • Lead and manage transactions, draft key project documents, and provide legal opinions on regulatory issues.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our international network.
    • Support and mentor junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of legal talent.
    • Contribute to our thought leadership through publications and business development initiatives.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–6 years’ PQE with experience in a leading infrastructure and/or energy practice.
    • Strong technical skills in drafting project agreements and advising on regulatory matters.
    • Experience acting in a leading role on major transactions.
    • A proactive, client-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
