About the opportunity

Be a key participant in regulatory and conduct risk related engagements including
- Regulation Mapping vs Frameworks, Policies and Procedures (i.e. EU Regulations (PSD2 etc))
- Risk and Control Matrix against key EU regulations
- Audit Report Creating and Findings
- EMI Licences Application Documentation Review
- Risk Appetite Statements
- Risk Management Frameworks
- Enterprise Exposure Reports
- Control testing of conduct risk controls, investor protection controls, TPRM, operational resilience controls
- Report writing on observations and recommendations on the above
Qualifications

Minimum requirements
- Proven experience regulatory experience within a Financial Services environment (Payments, Fintech, Banking or Insurance), as part of a Financial Services Institution, or in an advisory, law or business consulting capacity
- Third level qualification in related area
- Professional Diploma in Compliance - Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI), or other is desirable
