Job Description

• To support the Tax Management Consulting Tax Senior Team to assist clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their tax operations across Africa. Focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: CA (SA) or Information Systems or BSc Computer Science qualification/degree or B Com Accounting

Desired Qualifications: 

•  B Com Degree with in-depth knowledge in Tax Accounting and a good overview of South African or Africa Tax Laws
• Strong  Project Management qualification and/or experience is critical
• Tax qualification and/or experience would be preferable
• Tax Accounting skills
• Tax experience across Africa

Minimum Experience: 7 years’ work experience

• Desired Experience: 5 -7 years tax experience; 3 of these in a management role

Additional Information
Technical Competencies:

•      Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analytics  
•      Excellent knowledge of South African/African Tax Acts
•      General knowledge of available Tax tools
