    After Hours Veterinary Nurse | Gauteng, Johannesburg Area

    The Ideal candidate will be:

    • Qualified Veterinary Nurse with a passion for emergency and critical care.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, decisive decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

    Description

    • Provide compassionate care and support to animals during after-hours emergencies.
    • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures and treatments.
    • Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as directed.
    • Collaborate closely with a skilled and passionate team to ensure the highest standards of care.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Dip/Degree in Veterinary Nursing
    • SAVC Registration
    • Updated CPD Points
    • Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Writing
    • Relationship Building Abilities AND A LOVE FOR ANIMALS
    • Sales Skills will be an advantage
    • Valid Driver’s Licence
    • Fluent in English
