    Agreement Sales Representative

    Job Purpose:
    Responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development; activities include targeting, preparation of sales offers for agreements and other new business opportunities, identify the assets and required data for agreement creation. Support agreement renewals in accordance with the agreement retention policy.
    Main Responsibiliies :

    • The role is primarily focusing on agreement-based servie and new business development; below are amongst many KPI’s:
    • Agreement Base, Orders and Sales Growth%
    • % of New Agreements Configured
    • Agreement Bundling - 3 or more service products per asset, %
    • Agreements with Frequent Inspections, %
    • Agreements with Oil Analysis, %
    • Installed Base Agreement Coverage, %
    • % of Agreement Renewals Configured
    • Agreement Cancellation Reason Expired, %

    • etc. Please refer to link as the company continuously revises these in line with the development lifecycle :
    • New Agreement Business Development/Target Development Account: A list of target accounts may be provided or developed by the representative to make offers/calls/visits in pursuit of new agreement business opportunities. A completion objective will be determined at the onset of the listing and monthly progress reporting will be required and all visits logged into CRM to meet monthly targets.
    • Renewal of Agreements : Some assigned accounts are the responsibility of the Representative to renew. Customers refusing to renew may be assigned to the Sales Rep. to take over the renewal process. Such review will take place during the Ops and/or Sales meeting.
    • CRM Funnel Management: Sales funnel and cases in CRM should be managed and maintained daily. All record of visits, calls, meetings, quotations must be visible in CRM and discussed in weekly Sales meeting with the Sales Manager.
    • Meet expectations of monthly sales quotas and CRM funnel size.
    • Assist in other customer relations or collection efforts. It may be required to support in customer collection issues or other customer relationship management.
    • To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts, Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
    • Report all hazards, incidents and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures;
    • Participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace.
    • Execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Key Job Requirements:

    Qualification/Education:

    • National Higher Diploma (NQF level 6) in sales or electrical/mechanical engineering
    • Valid driver’s license
      Skills & Knowledge:
    • 5+ years work experience in industrial service environment
    • Sound technical background
    • Experience in sales management and business development process
    • Commercial Savvy and contract management
    • Must be able to work in confined spaces; elevated areas and at heights
    • Must be able to travel locally and outside SA for operational requirements
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experience working with customer relations management (CRM) or similar tools
