As AM Administrator, General Support you will be an integral member of the AM Administration team. You will provide critical administrative support to cross functional teams within NOV as and when required along with everyday tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office software is critical for this role as will your ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of NOV.
Duties & Responsibilities
Make travel arrangements
Visa handling / coordinating
Timekeeping maintenance – check, verify & correct
Track validity of traveller certification & coordinate renewals where required
Provide internal training support
Provide relevant new hire information & training from AM Administration
Travel Expenses – check, correct and pre-approve (for Service Department)
Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, Communication (desirable)
Experience
Experience working within an Administrative team (essential)
Experience in Personnel Logistics /Coordination and/or international travel arrangements (desirable)
Skills Required
Proficient in MS Office (essential)
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills (essential)
