    Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
    • First Line Management Certificate (Recommended/Desirable)
    • 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling, project development, project valuation, and scenario analysis (Essential/Minimum)
    • Proficiency in renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, BESS) and their operational drivers
    • Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools
    • Exposure to renewable energy projects across various stages: development, construction, operations
    • Knowledge of financing, accounting, legal, and technical principles for structuring and valuing large-scale renewable energy projects
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing board-level and investment committee materials
    • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with business development, engineering, finance, and operations
    • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving sector

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Provide data-driven insights and analytical support across the energy value chain to facilitate strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial, technical, and operational data, and develop financial models for renewable energy projects.
    • Assist in the preparation of board-level and investment committee materials, ensuring effective communication of complex analyses to stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders, maintaining quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
    • Support project teams with consolidation and analysis of information, carrying out research and due diligence activities for energy projects.
    • Develop techno-commercial modeling tools and conduct financial analysis for project valuation and risk assessment.
    • Participate in project finance activities, including reviewing model assumptions, project agreements, and providing financial inputs for documentation.
    • Facilitate risk management by conducting risk assessments, focusing on financial, technical, commercial, and environmental risks.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies while engaging in continuous learning to adapt to legislative and market changes.
    • Foster effective working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution and performance improvement.
