Minimum Education

• Month end revaluations

• Month end Intercompany Report (closing)
• Prepaid accounts reconciliation and adjustments

• PP&E Assets Closing and Reconciliation
• OTL/Demo Assets Closing and Reconciliation
• FA vs IB Misalignments
• CIP Reconciliation
• Demo and Returned Instrument Reporting to Commercial
• Asset related queries, requests and investigations
• Yearly PP&E asset verification (Q3)

PAYROLL

• Payroll input file for Staff loans, advances, other deductions to HR
• Fleet Expenses and Insurance recon and payroll file
• Credit Card reviews, recon and adjustments (T&E expenses)
• Internal customer queries
• Expense reminder email to all (Outlook calendar)

• Office supplies & consumable orders (milk, cleaning items, etc)
