Responsibilities

Take ownership of the Data Analytics and Automation role;

• Help the company release new products by creating the underlying systems to support them, using spreadsheets and automation tools (i.e. Zapier)
• Increase the internal team’s efficiency and reduce complexity by developing process automation
• Maintain the existing systems and provide operational support and training to the users
• Project manage the implementation of those systems into Flexclub’s platform with our Tech team to make them more secure and scalable
• Keep procedures and training material up to date
• Improve the quality of decision-making at all levels of the company by providing and maintaining high quality reports and dashboards
• Improve the product by analysing site visits data and running A/B test campaigns
• Work closely with our Tech and Operational teams to ensure the integrity and quality of data in databases
• Proactively identify business opportunities and efficiencies
• Master knowledge of existing tools (Looker, FullStory, Google Analytics, Apps
• Script, Zapier) to develop prime solutions
• Master knowledge of the company’s data definitions
• Respond to data requests with in-depth analysis reports and dashboards

Requirements & Skills

• Spreadsheet expert
• Good knowledge of SQL and Javascript
• Experience with Gsheets and Apps Script is a big plus
• Analytical mindset
• Adept at using automation tools and SaaS platforms (Zapier, AppSheets, AirTable...)
• Comfortable with moving pieces, and curious to learn
• Meticulous and independant
• 1-3 years of experience but can discuss adapting the position to more senior profile
