So, what does an Analytics Translator do?

You are the bridge between our operational and technical experts to shape analytics solutions and ensure we deliver successful, well understood data-driven products and services

Analytics Translators combine deep business knowledge and a strong understanding of what can be achieved with Advanced Analytics to play a crucial role in understanding requirements; ensuring insights are interpretable and actionable and that the products we build are adoptable and scalable.

Your days will incorporate

• Playing a key role within an agile team to scope or build data driven solutions.
• Working with Business subject matter experts to identify and prioritise problems that new technologies and advanced analytics can and should solve
• Collaborating with Product Leads to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value.
• Developing a deep understanding of the technical solutions being developed and synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy to understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on.
• Modelling agile ways of working and act with autonomy and responsibility for decision making.
