Android Developer

Flash is looking to employ a Senior Android Developer to work as part of the software development teams to build and maintain existing and new Android apps for use within the company and by company clients.

Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification
- 3-5 years relevant experience in an environment that builds and maintains the full spectrum of Android apps
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with RESTful JSON services required
- Experience with .Net MVC to be able to enhance existing JSON interfaces if required
- Experience in a Retail, Payments or Banking environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Android app development – full range of devices and OS integration (Location, Contacts, Camera etc.)
- SQL Lite as part of the Android SDK
- Android deployment and Google Play Store management
- RESTful JSON web services
