Assist the Sales Team by analyzing technical aspects of applications, providing tailored process flow solutions, and recommending products that meet required material specifications.
Evaluate tender specifications and propose the most suitable products to align with project needs.
Provide support with product design and plant layout development.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team, customers, service providers, supply chain partners, and all relevant client subsidiaries.
Address site-related issues, including process challenges and warranty matters, through customer engagement.
Maintain a high level of expertise in product knowledge and application.
Visit project sites, attend site meetings and progress reviews, and offer insights on warranty investigations.
Perform technical evaluations of tender documents, offering guidance to stakeholders on lead disciplines and submission requirements.
Mitigate organizational risks associated with bids by ensuring application-related compliance and minimizing exposure.
Ensure adherence to technical and bid compliance standards, preparing documentation for approval and sign-off as needed.
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical information related to bids.
Follow Vault and ERP standards and processes diligently.
Provide technical support for projects and project execution.
Ensure adherence to QMS standards.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Mechanical Engineering degree.
Certificate obtained in a TUNRA course advantages.
