Application Support Specialist-118-001 at PPECB

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to users and industry stakeholders
• Log, track, prioritise, and resolve issues within SLA
• Escalate system bugs or technical issues to testers/developers
• Assist with system testing (new features, fixes, regression)
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials
• Help users navigate systems and troubleshoot errors

Job Requirements:

• 3-year National Diploma in Information Technology (Hardware, Software and Network Infrastructure related courses)
• ITIL foundation and SQL certification (Desirable)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Application support
• Experience application support, troubleshooting issues and guiding users step-by-step
• Experience in SQL 
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ticketing tools
• Experience in basic testing 
• Experience in creating clear user guides, help documents, and screenshots (desirable)
• Vendor and Stakeholder management (Desirable)
