Purpose of the Job

To plan, manage and support tactical IT projects and perform all support activities within the specified wholesaler area. Job Objectives entails: To plan and manage all activities within the area of technology and within his/her responsibility, to ensure timely and effective communication with the project team, the project stakeholders, and the business support users, to effectively manage the day to day IT operations within the specified wholesaler area and to efficiently manage vendor relationships and deliverables within the specified IT environment.

Qualifications

Essential

• IT-related Diploma / Degree

Experience

Essential

• 3-5 years Experience within an IT support management position
• 3+ years of experience working on projects in both Agile and DevOps 
• Understanding of cloud technology - preferable
• Mobile Device Management experience

Desirable

• 3-5 years Experience in a Retail  
• 3+ years Experience in Cloud Solutions (AWS) 

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

• Broadly skilled in information and communication technology (3-5years)
• Knowledge of all stages of systems development from specification to implementation (3-5years)
• Exposure to vendor management (3years)
• Problem-solving skills 
• Interpersonal skills 
• Communication skills
