Application Trainer - Centurion at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• To deliver training to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in support of business objectives. This individual is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house software applications training programs and related courseware.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Medical Sciences or an Advanced Technology- related qualification. (Required), Train-the-trainer or equivalent (Required)

Required Experience:

• 4 – 6 years’ direct work experience, Experience with building and maintaining course and participant databases., Experience with staff development and/or human resources management., Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives., In-depth, hands-on knowledge of enterprise and desktop applications, including MEDITECH LIS, and Google Workspace., Knowledge of trends in computer technology relating to software., Proven experience with adult learning principles, methodologies, and course design techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct LIS training process in order to ensure the level of competence is upheld, Co-ordinate the modification and enhancements related to LIS in order to ensure that all changes are tested and effectively communicated to all relevant staff, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform training related administration tasks in order to ensure sufficient recording and storage of data
