Applications Specialist - Beverages (Midrand) at DSM-Firmenich

Purpose

To Develop and prepare various beverage products (develop application formulas according to the newest industry standards).

Responsibilities

• Applies flavors in various food / beverages products.
• Supports selected clients during the product development process and presents dsm-firmenich technologies.
• Manages stock of materials to carry out different applications.
• Maintains and applies good laboratory practices.

You bring

• BSc degree, Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology or equivalent.
• 3 years professional experience in the beverage industry, with deep knowledge about processes in various products, food or beverages
• Must have own reliable transport.
• Project and time management skills, ability to prioritise.
• Ability to interact with customers.
• Quality orientation, continuous improvement mindset and able to contribute to team success.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal; any other language advantageous
