Job Description
- Are you looking to build a rewarding career in property management? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the real estate and property management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tenant communications and customer service
- Support leasing and rental administration processes
- Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor appointments
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
- Maintain property records and documentation
- Assist with rent collection and account administration
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor
