• AI & Automation Architecture: Define and govern enterprise AI and automation architecture, principles, standards, and reference patterns that enable scalable adoption across the organisation.
• AI Enablement & Innovation: Identify, design, and enable AI and automation solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
• Responsible AI Governance: Establish governance frameworks, controls, and practices that ensure AI solutions are secure, ethical, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Reusable AI & Automation Capability: Develop repeatable AI patterns, frameworks, and solution approaches that accelerate delivery and reduce duplication.
• Automation & Process Optimisation: Enable intelligent automation opportunities that simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences.
• AI Platform & Technology Enablement: Guide the adoption and optimisation of AI platforms, tooling, and emerging technologies aligned to business strategy.
• Architecture Assurance & Advisory: Provide technical guidance and solution assurance to delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholder.
• Operational AI Readiness: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, supportable, secure, and ready for enterprise adoption?

Skills, Experience & Education    
Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• AI, machine learning, cloud, or architecture certifications advantageous.

Experience

• 8–12 years’ experience in solution architecture, AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology enablement.
• Experience designing enterprise AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with AI platforms, cloud services, automation technologies, and integration patterns.
• Experience implementing AI governance and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience translating business opportunities into scalable technology solutions.
• Enterprise, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-market experience advantageous.
