We are looking for a talented architect to expand our existing experience in commercial projects ranging from retail, warehousing, workshops, and offices. Meet with stakeholders to identify project requirements
Develop initial concept designs for estimation purposes, including 3D visualizations, taking into consideration the Group’s Corporate Building Identity
Develop full architectural designs for projects, including integration of engineers' designs
Prepare and coordinate council submission documentation (SPD and building plans)
Develop project specifications
Work with other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
Attend site meetings and inspections
Manage construction projects
Further improve the Group Corporate Building Identity
Develop and maintain evacuation plans
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices with a focus on carbon footprint reduction
Minimum Requirements
M.Arch (Masters in Architecture)
Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience
Registered with SACAP
Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software
Proficiency in 3D visualization of designs
Advanced understanding and experience with council documentation and submission processes
Advanced knowledge of technical detailing and construction documents
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in retail and warehousing projects with a portfolio showcasing previous work
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
