Architectural Technician at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Work closely with project teams to convert design concepts into detailed plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and functionality.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather essential data for project development.
• Utilize architectural software to create, modify, and review drawings and designs.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience required.
• Proficiency in Archicad is essential.
• Responsibilities include managing submission and working drawings, as well as technical detailing.
• Proficiency in SANS standards is necessary.
• Completion of the PR exam is preferred.
• This is a full-time position.
• Offices are located 10 km outside of Ballito, KZN; a personal vehicle is required.
