• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealerships in the respective region. Understand their financial requirements and goals to offer suitable financing solutions.
• Financial Consultation: Provide expert financial advice and consultation to clients regarding various truck financing options, including loans, leases, and other financial products.
• Customized Solutions: Analyze clients' financial situations and craft personalized financing packages that align with their business needs and budgetary constraints.
• Sales and Business Development: Actively pursue leads and opportunities together with the MAN truck & Busses dealership. Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase sales of truck finance solutions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to refine and enhance our finance solutions portfolio.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and documentation comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of financial products, including loans/leases, and other financing options.
• Strong understanding of the trucking industry, its challenges, and financial needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Experience:

• Experience in financial sales, preferably in the commercial lending or trucking finance sector.
