    Artisan (Fitter)

    • Grade 12 and related N2 qualification or related Technical Grade 12
    • Trade Certificate (Fitter)

    Skills Requirements

    • 3 Years post-trade experience in a Plant/Smelter environment.
    • Experience in SAP PM Systems will be advantageous.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of HSEC systems.

    Job Objectives
    The incumbent will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring that the required plant availability is achieved in area of responsibility.
    • Perform standby duties and respond to break downs.
    • Pro- active planned maintenance and equipment services are conducted.
    • Adhere to health, safety, environment, community and housekeeping standards.
