We are seeking a talented and experienced Artwork Layout Artist Manager to oversee the creation and execution of high-quality artwork layouts for various products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage a team of artists to ensure all deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a team of artwork layout artists to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
Develop and implement layout strategies to meet project goals and deadlines
Review and provide feedback on artwork layouts to ensure they meet brand guidelines and client expectations
Train and mentor artwork layout artists to continuously improve their skills and efficiency
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our team is delivering cutting-edge artwork layouts
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Coordinate with production teams to ensure artwork layouts are smoothly transitioned into final deliverables
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
5+ years of experience in artwork layout design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of print production processes and requirements
