Job Description

The Assessment Consultant is responsible for identifying assessment needs and implementing assessment projects and processes across OML, including the  facilitation of the assessment process and providing feedback to individuals and business.

• Oversees candidate assessment processes (video-briefing) and administers assessments when required (responsible for candidate assessment experience)
• Ensures the offering of professional assessment services to clients across OML
• Provides individual and management assessment feedback
• Ensures that automated assessment reports are correct and appropriate recommendations are aligned to OML standards and requirements
• Prepares individual and group assessment reports
• Provides team effectiveness feedback
• Manages assessment projects and monitors delivery thereof
• Proactively interacts with Human Capital Business Partners and Talent Management Specialists to anticipate and identify assessment needs within the different segments
• Ensures appropriate assessments are conducted in line with client needs
• Supports integration of assessments across all HR practices
• Identifies and participates in research development initiatives within the Assessment Centre (validation research, trend analysis)
• Sources and manages technical assessments and simulations library
• New product onboarding
• Updates and maintains all training and assessment toolkit material

Education

• Masters Degree (M)  (Required)
