REQUIREMENTS :

• A minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology (NQF7). Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a social worker or the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) for psychologists. Minimum of 3 years’ Supervisory experience in Employee Health and Wellness. Job related knowledge: Counselling. Quality assurance. Initiative. Planning and execution.
