Requirements :
Grade 12 with Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology and 8 years IT Experience. ICT Governance and Ethics will be an advantage. Certification in MCITP, A+, N+, Networking+, Security+, Mobility, CCNA or equivalent network switching certification as well as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate will be an added advantage.
A valid driver’s license is compulsory. At least three (3) years’ experience at a supervisory level in Information Technology environment. Other Skills/ Requirements: Knowledge and experience in data network infrastructure, VOIP telephone system and windows environment.
Experience in configuring network switches. Knowledge and experience in Health Information System. Ability to work under pressure, client orientation and customer focus. Ability to manage, motivate and supervise junior IT staff. Ability to handle and manage confidential information.
Duties :
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting VOIP telephone system and data infrastructure. Manage and administer the local area network. Configuring network switches and assigning permission to network resources.
Design, plan and support all ICT related projects. To ensure high availability of network resources to end users and to ensure ICT capacity building. To provide server administration, support desktop computers, printers, and other peripheral computing devices, provide network support and maintenance, load and configure business applications.
Manage and constantly monitor the continuous functioning of the LAN, WAN and server environment. Managing, and maintaining of active directory. Monitor network performance and perform troubleshooting on the servers and other network devices.
