Assistant Director - Information And Communication Technology (ICT)
A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent to matric and a relevant National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Information Communication and Technology or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.A Degree at NQF 7 will be an added advantage. ITIL and ITSM certification
A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory level, in information Communication and Technology..
A valid driver’s licence. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of ICT governance frameworks, COBIT, risk management and audit processes. Programme and project management skills. Financial and human resource management skills. Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.
Duties :
Oversee development, maintenance and security of ICT systems and infrastucture, including LMIS, College website and learning and teaching platforms. Manage ICT governance frameworks, policies, audits and risk registers.
Coordinate ICT operations, service delivery and service provider agreements. Manage ICT assets, procurement, budgets and reporting. Manage staff performance, leave administration, discipline and development. Compile management reports and participate in strategic planning processes
