    Assistant Director - Facility Management Unit

    Requirements :

    • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent to matric and an appropriate National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Electrical, Mechanical or Building disciplines as recognised by SAQA.  A Degree at NQF Level 7 will be an added advantage
    • A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory level in Electrical, Mechanical or Building disciplines , Knowledge of facility management services in the public or private sector.
    • A valid driver’s licence. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of PFMA, OHS Act, National Building Regulations and project management principles.
    • Financial management and conflict management skills. Computer literacy (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication, planning, organisational and analytical skills.

    Duties :

    • Manage the Facility Management Unit, including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management and accommodation. Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards.
    • Conduct building audits and infrastructure inspections. Monitor maintenance budgets and expenditure. Manage staff performance, leave administration, discipline and development. Compile management reports and participate in strategic planning processes.

    Assistant Director - Information And Communication Technology (ICT)

    Requirements :

    • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent to matric and a relevant National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Information Communication and Technology or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.A Degree at NQF 7 will be an added advantage. ITIL and ITSM certification
    • A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory level, in information Communication and Technology..
    • A valid driver’s licence. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of ICT governance frameworks, COBIT, risk management and audit processes. Programme and project management skills. Financial and human resource management skills. Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.

    Duties :

    • Oversee development, maintenance and security of ICT systems and infrastucture, including LMIS, College website and learning and teaching platforms. Manage ICT governance frameworks, policies, audits and risk registers.

    State Accountant

    Requirements :

    • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent to matric and an appropriate Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6 in Financial Accounting or Management, or related field as recognised by SAQA.
    • Three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience in bookkeeping or financial reporting. A valid driver’s licence. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, DORA, BAS and SAP. Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

    Duties :

    • Perform bank and suspense account reconciliations. Prepare and capture journals. Safeguard financial documents. Liaise with banks and stakeholders. Oversee the processing of payments of students e in accordance to the College fee structure.

    Human Resource Supervisor

    Requirements :

    • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent to matric and an appropriate Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6 in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • Three (3) years’ experience in HR administration as a generalist.
    • Persal Certificate. A valid driver’s licence.
    • COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of public service HR legislation, PERSAL and SAP. Strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure.
