A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent to matric and an appropriate Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6 in Human Resource Management or related field.
Three (3) years’ experience in HR administration as a generalist.
Persal Certificate. A valid driver’s licence.
COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of public service HR legislation, PERSAL and SAP. Strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Duties :
Supervise HR administration including recruitment, appointments, transfers and terminations. Administer conditions of service and employee benefits. Support performance management processes. Supervise HR staff and ensure compliance with policies.
