An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in LLB/Political Sciences/Social Sciences as recognized by SAQA;
A minimum of 3 years functional specialist in a social cohesion or Human Rights redress environment; Understanding of the Constitution of South Africa; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act and other governance promotion of Nation Unity and Reconciliation, and the Reparations Regulations; Understanding of Human Rights development.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
Facilitate the implementation of reparation programmes and projects;
Monitor the implementation of reparation programmes and projects;
Facilitate the development and implementation of all TRC reparations and awareness programmes;
