Assistant Hatchery Manager - Lichtenburg at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Education will be to your advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• The incumbent of this position will be responsible to assist with managing the Hatchery and day to day operations, by producing day old chicks at the correct quantity, quality at the lowest cost
• Managing and coordinating hatchery activities
• Monitoring facility equipment, repairs and maintenance
• Ensure that all bio-security standards and procedures are in place and are strictly adhered to
• Manage and maintain weekly hatch schedules
• Direct supervision of employees 
• Health and Safety
