Assistant Laying Farm Manager Glenhill at Astral Foods Ltd

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Managing flocks of 34 800 broiler breeder females/site located on 5 different production
• Managing 75 staff on the farm.
• Maintaining the Company’s assets and constantly striving to improve results.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A Matric Qualification.
• A relevant qualification in agriculture will be an added advantage.
• It is essential that the candidate have extensive experience in broiler breeders and a passion in implementing 20 keys.
• Be in possession of high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
• The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
