Job Description

• We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a team and help drive excellent customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
• Ensure excellent customer service and high store presentation standards
• Oversee stock management, cash control and shift planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead by example in achieving sales and operational targets
• Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• 1–2 years’ supervisory or management experience
• Previous retail or hospitality experience
• Comfortable working long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, hands-on and confident in managing people and operations
